Whew...haven't updated in a while.

Okay, so I've released my new gaming channel as many of you know. I did this so that the people who subscribed for my lego don't have to watch my gaming stuff, and the people who watch my gaming stuff don't have to watch my lego stuff.

As of now, I have been wracking my brains trying to think of more weapons to include in the next lego halo weapons. I think I know what they will be. I want to include some sort of stop motion in this lego halo weapons, just to make it more interesting.

Some people have said that I need more covenant vehicles, which I will now endeavor to make. I've always just liked the look of the human vehicles better (who can honestly say that they don't, huh?), and the angles and smooth surfaces on many of the covenant vehicles don't translate well to lego. However I will still try; the banshee turned out good.

And with that,

Isolation update

Okay, Isolation is coming along well.

Filming = done
Editing = done
Audio (sound effects and voice acting) = done
Music = Craig is working on it : )
Credits (opening and ending) = in progress

So, as you can see Act 2 is mostly done. Craig Kesicke has accepted to compose a score for it which I am very happy about. I'm not sure when it will be released but, suffice to say: it will be released when it is released.

Isolation Act 3 on the other hand is underway. What was once going to be completely over Xbox LIVE, is now going to be entirely local. I won't say much except that organising an Xbox LIVE scene was harder than I thought; and I thought it would be facepalm hard. So, acting for act 3 has started. I am trying to act it all out first and then film it rather than acting one part, filming, acting the next part, filming, etc.

Hope you all enjoyed this post : )

Isolation+Exams

Ok, so I've pretty much finished the filming for Isolation act two. I have maybe about one more shot I need to do that I CAN do by myself. The final shot however is the one I have been trying to organise people for but no-one ever seems to be on at the right time. This leads me to the conclusion that I can only use Australians/New Zealanders for this part because no-one else is on at the right time. I will try to organise it next weekend.

Which leads me to my next point. My exams are starting this thursday and continuing until next Tuesday. I get no days off during it :'( This means this weekend I will be studying hard so I won't be able to organise the shot I need. Wish me luck in my exams and then it's 8-9 weeks of holidays.

Summer FTW.

My next purchase...

After I earn enough money from advertising, I think my first purchase will be a HD capture card. I'm thinking the Hauppauge hd pvr. After that I will probably save up for a new editing program, which I'm thinking will be Final cut pro.

Legospot episode 5 is up!

Legospot episode 5 is up. Click the post title to watch part 1. The other 2 parts will be posted as responses to the first one.

Posting n revenue

Ok, sorry I haven't posted in while. I will try to update my blog more frequently in future. Anyway, I'm going to try and set up an ad-sense account so that I can earn some revenue to buy more lego and stuff. All the money that I earn from this will go into making more videos, not for my own personal pleasure. I hope you guys n gals will support me.
